Recovery smoothie
That icky hangover feeling is usually caused by dehydration, poor sleep, nutrient loss and inflammation. To recover, you need to rehydrate and replenish the nutrients you lost from drinking alcohol. Thankfully, this delicious recovery smoothie has got you covered!
Ingredients
· 1 kiwi fruit
· ¼ pineapple (cut a half in half)
· Thumb-size knob of Ginger
· 1 tbsp Flaxseeds
· 200ml Coconut water
· ¼ avocado
· Fresh mint to taste
Optional extras:
· 1 scoop of magnesium + B vitamin powder
· 1 serve protein powder
Method
Add all ingredients into a high power blender and combine.
Enjoy over ice or just as it is : )
