Hi, I’m Leanne
I am an experienced, degree qualified clinical nutritionist and busy mum of three. I specialise in women's and family nutritional care - with a keen focus on digestive issues, hormonal imbalances and holistic weight loss.
I know first hand how heavy the female load can be and it's vital to first take care of ourselves so that we can in turn help those around us.
When you work with me you'll have someone who gives you personal attention, evidence-based insights, and practical support to better nourish your body and enrich your life.

How it works
Deep Dive
Here I spend time finding out who you are, where you’re at and how I can help you. Then we’ll go deeper: history, intake, lifestyle, predispositions, hurdles, deficiencies. Working collaboratively with you, your GP and any other providers needed to ensure we have the whole picture.
Develop
I will then build you a personalised plan that is comprehensive, practical, achievable and compatible with your lifestyle. I want you to walk away feeling empowered and in control of your own health and wellbeing.
Sustain
This is where we review, adjust, tailor, and update your plan accordingly. In some cases we may need to test and retest to ensure we're meeting your needs and maintaining momentum. I'm here to support you as much or as little as required.
